How to Make a Complaint

Please send your complaint to info@bnlhub.com and include your company name, order or invoice reference, and a clear summary of the issue.

What to Include

  • your name and company details
  • order number, invoice number, or account reference
  • full details of the complaint
  • any supporting documents, photos, or correspondence
  • the outcome you are seeking

How We Handle Complaints

We will review the complaint, investigate the relevant facts, and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. We may ask for further information where necessary to assess the matter properly.

Escalation

If a matter cannot be resolved at first review, BN London Ltd may escalate it internally for further management review.
