Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all deliveries arranged by BN London Ltd.
1. Carriers
BN London Ltd uses a range of carriers depending on the order, size, weight, destination, value, and timing requirements. Carriers may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, Royal Mail, and pallet carriers.
2. Cut-Off Time
Our standard daily operational cut-off time is 3:00 pm. Orders, payment clearances, or verification steps completed after that time may move to the next working day for processing.
3. Dispatch Timing
Orders are normally shipped on the next working day after the established lead time has passed, subject to stock availability, payment clearance, fraud-prevention checks, sanctions or compliance checks, and warehouse readiness.
4. Lead Times
Any lead time shown on the website, in a quotation, or by a member of staff is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed in writing as fixed. Supplier issues, logistics disruption, customs activity, allocation changes, and operational events may affect timing.
5. Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Time shall not be of the essence unless confirmed by BN London Ltd in writing.
6. Partial Shipments
BN London Ltd may make delivery by instalments where this is reasonable or operationally necessary.
7. Customer Responsibilities on Delivery
The customer must ensure that the delivery address is accurate, that suitable access is available, and that an authorised person is present to receive the goods where required.
8. Inspection and Notification
The customer must inspect goods promptly on receipt. Any visible transit damage, shortage, or incorrect item should be noted at delivery where possible and reported to BN London Ltd in writing without delay. Concealed damage or discrepancies must also be reported promptly once discovered.
9. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because of customer error, failed access, refusal, absence, incorrect address, or other customer-side cause, BN London Ltd may charge the customer for storage, re-delivery, return, or handling costs.
10. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes on delivery, collection, or first attempted delivery, whichever occurs first. Title remains with BN London Ltd until all sums due have been paid in full and cleared.
11. International Deliveries
For international or export orders, the customer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, import formalities, and local compliance requirements unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
