RMA / Return Request

If you need to report a fault, request a return authorisation, or raise a product issue, please contact BN London Ltd before sending any goods back.

Before You Request an RMA

Please have the following ready:

  • company name
  • order number or invoice number
  • product description
  • serial number where applicable
  • clear description of the fault or reason for return
  • photos or test results where relevant

Important

No goods should be returned without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.

What Happens Next

Once we receive the required information, BN London Ltd will review the request and confirm the next step, which may include troubleshooting, manufacturer referral, collection, return instructions, or further testing requirements.
